The Sun has gone back to where it had been hiding and it's another grey and rainy day here so my first card is very fitting. Here it is:
This was a bit of a tough one as the challenge at Allsorts this week was a shaker card. I don't do shaker cards as each time I have tried they have looked rubbish but I thought I would give it one more go. The boy is from a free CD from a magazine, I coloured him with Promarkers and cut around him leaving just a little white edge. The papers are from Dovecraft and the backing card is from my stash. Then for the shaker I have used my spellbinders dies to cut out all the parts, then filled it with little stars and a sentiment and stuck it together. I finished the card with a some ribbon and little buttons. I am really pleased with this one and may even try another shaker card in the future.

Fantastic card Kelly with a great image and fab design, I'm so pleased you gave shaker cards another go! I have to admit, even though it was my theme, my shaker card nearly ended up in the bin as it wasn't going the way I wanted, but I stuck with it and was pleased with the end result!
