Happy Fathers Day Grandad

Well Fathers Day is just around the corner now and this year I have so many cards to make as I have cards from Charlie to do. So here is Charlie's card to my Dad:


I have used one of my old favourite Precious Moments images and coloured it with Promarkers. The papers are from a Dovecraft paper pad and the brown card is from my stash. I have used a cream chalk eye ink pad to distress the brown card. It is quite hard to see on the picture but it makes the card look like it has been sanded. I have hand typed both sentiments and gone over the writing to make it stand out a bit. I have added some buttons, String and a little metal star charm from my stash.

    This is a stunning card and the image is just so darn cute. A fabulous layout and the colour scheme is perfect for a mans card. I think the recipient is going to be very happy indeed.
