I have something a bit different to share with you today. Let me introduce you to Tyler:
Tyler started out as a pair of tiny baby socks. They belonged to my good friend Edina's little boy Tyler hence the name. I found a pattern on the internet and raided an old cross stitch kit for the left over thread and needle. I used the stuffing from a cushion that has been sat in the cupboard for ages but shhh don't tell OH. A few hours later and Tyler was born. Now he is meant to be a monkey but I don't really think he looks like one. I think he is cute all the same. I have also created a little tag in craft artist. The little monkey is a Pollycraft digi that I have coloured with pencils and I added a little bit of the left over sock to make the little knot.
I really enjoyed making Tyler so I may be raiding Charlie's old socks to create some little friends for him.
